NEWS FROM THE SECRETARIAT

David Jiles
has returned to the Secretariat on a consultancy to upgrade the IOSEA online reporting system, as part of a wider UNEP-sponsored project on "knowledge management" in which various environmental conventions - including CMS, CBD and CITES - are participating. Welcome back, David!
