In case it is of interest, a new IUCN publication, Performance Assessment of Bycatch and Discards Governance by Regional Fisheries Management Organizations, is now available from http://www.iucn.org/knowledge/publications_doc/publications/?uPubsID=4674. Hard copies are being distributed to regional fishery bodies, including the 13 Regional Fisheries Management Organizations Secretariats included in the independent performance assessment.
